3 TAO upgraded to municipalities
Three more TAO were upgraded to subdistrict municipalities and published in the Royal Gazette on December 23rd. All three were signed on September 12, however only two became effective on that day as well. Bang Phli Noi, Bang Bo district, Samut Prakan province (เทศบาลตำบลบางพลีน้อย), effective September 12.
